The V is for Victory

Yesterday we had another football game, and it was against my society from last year (i'm such a traitor!). It was a very close game. I couldn't even tell you all the details because everytime defense was out there (like Kimberly) I couldn't watch because the director was reviewing our next plays. I think we took it a little too seriously, but it was fun. Once, I looked up from our huddle when people started shouting and there was Kimberly sprinting down the field with the football!! I missed out on her awesome interception, but saw her leave everyone in the dust and score a touchdown. "That's my roommate!!!" is what I shouted, which is what everyone always shouts when their roommate does something awesome. Well anyway, WE WON!
After the game we drove down to Clearwater Christian College to visit Jeff L. cuz our girls were playing volleyball with their girls. Our school didn't win, but it was fun anyway to visit Jeff and it was the first school game i've ever been to.
Then....(yeah it was a busy day) we went to our society's devotional. They always give out paper plate rewards and Kim got one for "best intersection." That's what Roger, who's from D.R., called it at least. He gets his words mixed up sometimes since english isn't his first language and all. Next i'll be getting my paper plate reward for widest reception..ha, um...ok anyways, I'm happy because I just finish a meaningless assignment copying 9 pages worth of definitions and... tomorrow I'll be at Fairwood!! Happy feasting everyone.

Here we were, at the Devil Rays vs. Orioles. Yee haw. We lost =( But it was great fun! Alot of the students went and we were sitting in the nose bleed section, but we moved and we were right there by the Orioles bunker. It was sweet! Here is Kimberly taking a quick snap shot before the security guy came to get her. Hehe.


And here is "Ray-Man" coming to greet us and he flicked Kimberly in the head, or something like that, because she's a Red Sox's fan. The kid made him do it. Go to Kim's blog for more info on the kid.

Today was our football game against K.O. who is the most athletic society.
We lost =( At least I got to be the quarterback for one play and pass to Kim, but unfortunately it was blocked. Well i'm beat! Hopefully my "roomie" will fill ya'll in on more details. Peace.

Wooo

Hi peoples! I haven't blogged in so long, whats my deal? Ok, time for a speedy post....So school has been pretty good. The first few weeks I was sickly and then had all these minor annoying problems, like having a bump on my tongue and having to put teething gel on to numb it so I could talk everytime!...that problem is over and everything else is getting better.
Enough about my problems...areobics is pretty awesome. I feel so healthy and fit. Not really, but maybe I will someday. I thought it would give me lots of energy and help in class, but its just made me more tired and sore, ha. Another note worthy class is my voice class. My teacher is only 26 or 27 and he's really funny. There are only 11 of us so its a nice good size, and I have to sing solo 2 times during the semester. Like dress up and everything! Sceeryness!
The last thing I'll mention is GO PHI SIGMA CHI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (my society)Because...TODAY WE WON OUR FOOTBALL GAME!! I'm just really excited because last year I was on Arete, which NEVER won in any sports. And today we play our first game and we won! Kimberly and I got out there in our blue and white and played like mad and won 12 to 7. Yesterday was exciting at practice because it was sooo muddy. We were just a slipping and a sliding everywhere.
